As Regatta expands across the UK, Europe, and beyond, it's vital to maintain the brand's essence and provide a consistent experience.
The visual merchandising guide has been designed so that any member of the in-store team can follow it or use it as a training tool, without needing the input of a merchandising specialist. Bringing consistency to the display of seasonal ranges and POS, it also guides staff through folding and displaying clothing.
The guide is written in clear, friendly language. Tips are presented in a conversational style and use a handwritten font, resembling notes from a colleague to help this establish as a real ‘companion’ to store staff. Icons are used next to photographs to highlight key messages and make key points digestible.
A copy of the guide lives in each store and outlet. Always to hand, the recycled paper over board binder contains colour-coded sections making it easy to use. The binder format allows for changes or the addition of new information or seasonal collections, so it’s always current.
We also assisted Regatta launch their Drop Shipment offer, as well as developing the retail POS and labelling framework.
